Yeom Jeong-rim, Director: "I hope descendants of independence patriots take pride"
【Financial News】 The Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs' Seoul Nambu Veterans Affairs Office announced on the 29th that it conducted a 'tailored suit support project' for descendants of independence patriots in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of liberation.
This project was prepared to provide practical support to descendants of independence patriots through cooperation with the local community.
This year, marking the 80th anniversary of liberation, the targets are descendants of 80-year-old independence patriots and university students who are about to graduate.
The focus was on expressing gratitude for the noble sacrifice and dedication of independence patriots and encouraging the first steps of young graduates, boosting their pride. 'Buttons and Bows', a specialist in custom suits, sponsored the event.
Yeom Jeong-rim, Director of the Seoul Nambu Veterans Affairs Office, said, “I hope that through this tailored suit support project, the culture of honoring national patriots in everyday life, 'Everyone's Veterans Dream', will spread” and “I hope descendants of independence patriots will continue to move forward with pride towards the future.”
Meanwhile, the Seoul Nambu Veterans Affairs Office signed a business agreement with Buttons and Bows last March and plans to hold a 'tailored suit delivery ceremony' in August to commemorate Liberation Day.
