Dunamu has appointed Oh Kyung-seok as the new CEO. Provided by Dunamu

[Financial News] Dunamu, the operator of Upbit, announced on the 29th that it has appointed Oh Kyung-seok, CEO of Fanco, as the new CEO.
Oh, who is an alumnus of Korea University's Business Administration Department, passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in 2001 and worked at Samil Accounting Corporation. He later passed the bar exam, completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2008, and gained legal experience at Suwon District Court, Supreme Court Research Office, and Kim & Chang Law Office.
After joining the clothing company Fanco Co., Ltd. in 2016, he was appointed CEO in 2018 and has since embarked on a full-fledged career as a professional manager. He also holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Musinsa. 
Oh stated, "In the rapidly changing digital financial environment, I will balance stability and innovation to ensure Dunamu becomes a more trusted global company," and expressed his ambition to "lead Dunamu's next leap forward based on accumulated experience."
Oh is expected to be finally appointed as the next CEO after the extraordinary general meeting and board approval on June 27.
