WantedLab, FuturePlay Startup Exclusive Talent Recruitment Support Program Launched

[Financial News] WantedLab has partnered with venture capital (VC) FuturePlay to launch a cooperative program supporting talent recruitment for early-stage startups. The two companies announced on the 29th that they would be providing tailored recruitment support for startups invested in by FuturePlay (Portcosa).
FuturePlay is a representative VC and accelerator (AC) that discovers and supports early-stage startup teams in various fields, from deep tech to lifestyle, platforms, and digital healthcare. This collaboration is a practical support measure to solve the common talent recruitment issues faced by startups after investment.
WantedLab will utilize its own pool of technical talent to provide focused recruitment support for nine FuturePlay Portcosa companies. To this end, it plans to operate a 'FuturePlay Exclusive Hall' and expand contact points with high-level talent considering job changes through banner exposure within the platform and customer relationship management (CRM) marketing.
Startups participating in the exclusive hall include △ Video Processing AI 'May I' △ Fisheries and Aquaculture AI 'Tidepool' △ Retail Tech 'Dipping Sauce' △ Digital Healthcare 'Huino' △ Commerce AI 'Indent Corporation' △ Endoscopy Solution 'Mediintech' △ Multi-biomarker Analysis 'Plaxomics' △ Robotics AI 'Real World' △ Recruitment Solution 'Doodlin'.
In addition, the organizational management solution 'WantedSpace' will also be provided free of charge to participating companies. This solution supports functions for improving internal efficiency of startups, such as attendance management, electronic approval, and HR data management.
FuturePlay's Value-Up Team Lead Park Sun-ha said, "This collaboration will be a strategic opportunity for FuturePlay's portfolio companies to grow through excellent talent," adding, "We will build a sustainable value-up ecosystem beyond investment."
A representative from WantedLab stated, "We will actively support the startups selected by FuturePlay to connect with talented individuals in the market," and added, "We will continue to lay the foundation for the growth of early-stage companies through various partnerships."
Meanwhile, WantedLab is also collaborating with D.Camp, Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, Altos Ventures, Kakao Ventures, and IBK Changgong to support startup talent acquisition.
