[Financial News] Korea Power Exchange visited a farm located in Wongok-myeon, Naju-si, Jeollanam-do on the 29th to carry out rural volunteer activities such as installing crop supports.
Korea Power Exchange conducted rural volunteer activities as part of its community contribution activities to support farms experiencing difficulties due to labor shortages during the busy farming season. This volunteer activity was centered around installing supports to aid crop growth, with participation from the Bandi Volunteer Group and about 20 hopeful employees of Korea Power Exchange.
Korea Power Exchange has continued its annual rural labor assistance activities and plans to promote various community contribution activities to establish a corporate culture of coexistence with the local community.
The Korea Power Exchange employee in charge of local coexistence, who oversaw the field operations, said, "It is very meaningful to be able to provide practical help during the labor shortage period in rural areas," and added, "We will continue to fulfill the role of a public institution that grows together with the local community through various community contribution activities."
