Kim Moon-soo and Lee Jun-seok Unification.. Lee Jae-myung "Confident" vs Kwon Sung-dong "Failed"

[Financial News] The People Power Party and the Democratic Party of Korea presented different prospects regarding the unification of presidential candidates Kim Moon-soo and Lee Jun-seok.

First, Democratic Party candidate Lee Jae-myung predicted on the 29th through SNS, "Candidate Lee Jun-seok, who used to sell dog meat under the guise of sheep's head, says he will never unify, but in the end, he will give up his candidacy and I am confident of the 'Kim Moon-soo unification' as a coalition of rebellion, corruption, and division."
He especially claimed that there would be a condition for the People Power Party to pay Lee Jun-seok's election expenses and give up party power, defining it as an 'election crime.' To be reimbursed for election expenses by the National Election Commission, one must exceed a vote rate of 10%. If it is more than 10%, half is reimbursed, and if it exceeds 15%, the full amount is reimbursed. Lee Jun-seok's approval rating in the last public opinion poll before the publication ban period was around 10%.
On the same day, Kim Min-seok, co-chairman of Lee Jae-myung's Central Election Countermeasures Committee, also posted on SNS, "The unification of Kim Moon-soo and Lee Jun-seok will be announced soon," claiming, "It is a bulletproof coalition of criminals trying to escape the scheduled series of investigations such as the Myung Tae-kyun list under the umbrella of the People Power Party. It is for the same reason that Han Deok-soo (former Prime Minister) declared support for candidate Kim after the resumption of the rebellion investigation."
He continued, "The mental world that kicks a self-goal level of abusive remarks and self-destructs to forcibly create a justification for a coalition is exactly Yoon Seok-yeol (former President)," and said, "The rebellion coalition of Yoon Seok-yeol, Kim Moon-soo, Han Deok-soo, and Lee Jun-seok is impossible."

However, contrary to the Democratic Party's confidence, candidate Kim waited until nearly midnight at the National Assembly Members' Hall to discuss unification with candidate Lee Jun-seok the previous day, but ultimately did not meet. Candidate Kim stated that he would continue discussions until the main voting day, while candidate Lee Jun-seok maintains that there will be no unification.
In response, candidate Lee Jun-seok countered Lee Jae-myung's claims on SNS that day, saying, "As someone who believed in election fraud theory, he is once again falling into the swamp of delusion," and "If you see things, it's time to step back."
Kwon Sung-dong, the floor leader of the People Power Party, who is a party to the unification negotiations, also met with reporters at the National Assembly Communication Hall on the same day and said, "Unification has ultimately failed, and I respect candidate Lee Jun-seok's choice to complete," adding, "I think unification will be achieved according to the choice of voters."
