First introduction since the start of the Jeonse rental business, targeting 23,000 households in 31 cities and counties in Gyeonggi-do
【Financial News Suwon=Jang Chung-sik Reporter】Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) announced on the 29th that it has introduced a rent notification service via mobile phone text (SMS) and KakaoTalk for residents of Jeonse rental housing.
Additionally, with the establishment of an automatic response system (ARS), it is now possible to inquire about rent and overdue rent 24 hours a day.
Jeonse rental is a system where GH leases existing housing desired by low-income groups such as basic livelihood recipients after signing a global contract and then re-leases it at a low cost.
Considering the characteristics of having many elderly contractors, the existing paper notice mail delivery will be maintained concurrently.
GH expects that the introduction of this text and voice notification system will greatly enhance the convenience of residents by resolving the inconvenience of existing mail notifications and providing faster and more convenient notifications.
The rent notification targets 23,000 households in 31 cities and counties in Gyeonggi-do, and inquiries related to rent can also be made through the GH Jeonse rental dedicated call center.
The dedicated call center has been in operation since November last year to strengthen support for residents.
