Seomin Geumyung Jinhungwon Selected as 'Outstanding Company for Gender Equality in Employment' for 2025

[Financial News] Seomin Geumyung Jinhungwon announced on the 29th that it received the Minister of Employment and Labor's Commendation for Outstanding Company in the field of Gender Equality in Employment at the '2025 Gender Equality in Employment Emphasis Period Commemoration Ceremony' held at the Seoul Olympic Parktel.
The award ceremony, hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, was prepared to discover and reward outstanding companies that create a work environment where men and women can work equally and take the lead in realizing gender equality in employment.
Seogeumwon was selected as an outstanding company in recognition of its active efforts to create a culture of work-life balance and gender equality, including establishing a flexible maternity protection support system tailored to the life cycle from pregnancy to childcare, creating a culture of free parental leave without gender distinction, and designing and providing various flexible working systems.
Director Lee Jae-yeon said, "We are pleased to be recognized for the institution's efforts to create a work environment without gender discrimination and to protect maternity with this award," and "We will continue to strive to support work-life balance and spread a family-friendly organizational culture."
Meanwhile, Seogeumwon has recently obtained 'Family-Friendly Certification' from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family for the third consecutive time, maintaining it for 8 years.
