"Unique One Pentas Exterior" Samsung C&T Wins 2025 London Design Awards

[Financial News] Samsung C&T Construction Division announced on the 29th that it won gold and silver awards at the '2025 London Design Awards'. It plans to continue maximizing customer satisfaction through design innovation.
Samsung C&T won gold and silver awards in two categories, architectural design and communication design, at the '2025 London Design Awards' by submitting 'Raemian One Pentas Exterior Design' and 'Raemian COG Design 5.0', respectively.
The London Design Awards is an international design competition organized by the International Awards Association, covering various fields such as architecture, interior, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI), aiming to discover outstanding designs and creative projects worldwide. Last year, over 2,500 entries from 30 countries were submitted, and this year, 27 global judges selected the winners through comprehensive evaluations of creativity, concept, and ideas.
First, the 'Raemian One Pentas Exterior Design', which won the gold award in the architectural design category, features an organic linear exterior design inspired by the light reflected on the Han River, characterized by a unique and rhythmic facade. Additionally, the design of the drop-off zone, a hotel-style common area in the underground space, adds convenience and beauty to the complex. The main vehicle drop-off area located at the entrance of the underground space is decorated with art installations to create a gallery-like space, and the wide drop-off zone integrating two buildings provides a sense of unity with the exterior design through its streamlined frame and line lighting design.
The 'Raemian COG Design 5.0', which won the silver award in the communication design category, is a signage, pictogram, and font design developed using three lines and light elements based on the Raemian brand identity (BI), applied to Raemian La Grande and Raemian Forestige. From the entrance gate of the complex to the community, building entrances, common hall floor markings, and unit number markings, it provides a consistent design and experience along the residents' paths. This maximizes the brand experience of Raemian while presenting a design guideline that considers users through refined information delivery.
Meanwhile, Samsung C&T has won all three of the world's top design awards, Germany's 'iF Design Award', 'Red Dot Design Award', and the USA's 'IDEA Design Award', last year. Among them, the iF Design Award has been won for four consecutive years since 2022. The recent London Design Awards win once again proves the design excellence of Raemian on the international stage.
