[Financial News] Jeju Air announced on the 29th that it has improved convenience for members who purchase tickets on the website, mobile app, and web by automatically applying discount codes during the reservation process and allowing additional services to be selected during the reservation and ticketing stages.
Depending on the additional services that can be added, such as free baggage allowance, free seat selection, priority baggage, and free in-flight meals, users can now directly select options like Baggage PLUS+, Baggage Seat PLUS+, and Premium PLUS+. This change reduces the steps from the previous method where additional services had to be purchased separately after selecting the fare.
A new service called 'Fee Assurance Plus+' has been launched, allowing up to 90% compensation for cancellation fees incurred when canceling a ticket after issuance. Members can purchase the Fee Assurance Plus+ service simultaneously when buying a ticket. If the ticket is canceled up to one day before departure, compensation claims can be conveniently made through the company's website, mobile app, web, or the notification link sent upon product subscription.
