[Financial News] Parata Airlines is establishing an aviation training center within Yuhan University.
Parata Airlines signed an MOU for the 'Establishment of Aviation Training Center' on the 28th at the Yuhan University Yoo Il-han Memorial Hall, attended by Parata Airlines CEO Yoon Chul-min and Yuhan University President Kim Hyun-jung, among other key officials from both institutions.
Parata Airlines, in collaboration with Yuhan University, will invest in the joint training center within the university, develop employment-linked programs for students in the Department of Aviation Services, and operate educational courses.
Parata Airlines aims to commence operations in August. The airline, accelerating its phased preparations in various fields, expects to significantly enhance its safe operation capabilities by securing the latest aviation safety training facilities for the A330 and A320 models, following the recruitment of numerous experienced cabin crew members.
A Parata Airlines representative stated, "Through the MOU with Yuhan University, which boasts the highest level of facilities and educational operation capabilities in the country's Department of Aviation Services, we aim to establish an exemplary industry-academia cooperation model between the airline and the university, and contribute to the development of the domestic aviation industry."
Parata Airlines has completed contracts to introduce two units each of the A330 and A320. With the goal of strategically expanding medium- and short-haul routes to meet customer demand, preparations are underway for the first flight in August this year.
