[Financial News] Kim Moon-su, the presidential candidate of the People Power Party, emphasized the importance of the South Korea-US alliance while campaigning in the Incheon area on the 29th.

Candidate Kim, campaigning in the Incheon area under the concept of 'Incheon Landing Operation, the Prelude to a Great Reversal', said, "Lee Hwa-young, the Vice Governor for Peace in Gyeonggi Province, brought 10 billion won to North Korea, and there's no way Governor Lee Jae-myung wouldn't know about it," adding, "Do you think Trump would see someone like Kim Moon-su as a friend? Do you think he would see someone like Lee Jae-myung as a friend?"

Candidate Kim explained, "The South Korea-US alliance is a peace insurance," adding, "With the US, we receive investments, businesses thrive, and trade flourishes."

Furthermore, Candidate Kim emphasized, "Without the US Forces in Korea, China would look down on us, North Korea would threaten us with nuclear weapons, and Japan would covet Dokdo," adding, "We have been able to maintain peace for over 70 years thanks to the US Forces in Korea."

Candidate Kim criticized, "There are people who say the US military is an occupying force and call for their withdrawal," adding, "Such people have skewed ideologies and many problems."
