Candidate Kim stated on his social network service (SNS) that day, "We cannot entrust South Korea to a candidate stained with all sorts of crimes and a party dreaming of totalitarian dictatorship."

Candidate Kim said, "The early voting turnout is significantly higher than in the last presidential election," and added, "This means that the people consider this presidential election to be very important." As of 11 a.m. on the first day of early voting on the 29th, the early voting turnout was 7%, recording the highest ever.

Candidate Kim continued, "We can only win by voting. Please head to the nearest polling station without distinguishing between main and early voting," and emphasized, "We must not let anyone take away our precious votes. I will do my best to ensure a clean and transparent election and a fair vote counting process."

Candidate Kim promised, "The future of South Korea depends on the choice of the people," and pledged, "People Power Party's Kim Moon-soo will become a president who serves the people like heaven. I will always be a people's president and an economic president who stands with the common people. I will be a unifying president who embraces East and West, labor and management, rich and poor, men and women, young and old."

Additionally, Candidate Kim urged, "Please make sure to vote," and said, "Candidate No. 2, Kim Moon-soo, will definitely win and protect South Korea and safeguard democracy."

Meanwhile, on that day, Candidate Kim visited the Gyeyang 1-dong Community Center in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and participated in early voting with his daughter, Kim Dong-joo.
