This education was prepared in collaboration with the Korea Blind Welfare Center to deliver useful financial knowledge to the visually impaired in real life. It first started in April and will be operated a total of nine times until early next month for visually impaired teenagers and young adults. Toss planned the program with the goal of improving the financial understanding and financial management skills of the visually impaired.
Since early last year, Toss has been conducting customized financial education for young people preparing for independence and children in protective facilities. It has also signed MOUs with Seoul City, Youth Foundation, and others to support financial education for those with borderline intelligence.
Toss plans to continue establishing sustainable financial education programs for the visually impaired to support the independence of financially marginalized groups and to create an inclusive financial environment. To this end, they have established a plan to actively improve service accessibility by designing customized curriculums and actively collecting opinions on improving accessibility to the Toss app.
