Venture Business Association Hosts 'Startup Huayangyeonhwa' Talk Show at GSAT2025
[Financial News] The Venture Business Association has prepared a venue for startups to share survival strategies and practical experiences in response to changes in the AI era.
The Venture Business Association announced on the 29th that it held the 'Talk Show - Startup Huayangyeonhwa' in cooperation with the Gyeongnam branch and Gyeongsangnam-do at the Changwon Convention Center (CECO) in Gyeongnam on the 28th. This event was held as part of the global convergence startup festival GSAT2025.
This talk show was organized as a place for venture and startup entrepreneurs to share practical experiences, focusing on the crises and opportunities faced in the era of AI transition, with senior and junior entrepreneurs from the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions.
The presenters on this day included △Lee Giwook, CEO of Hurotics △Jumyeonggyu, CEO of Seven Meerkat △Jo Jaeyu, CEO of Blinks, who introduced examples of AI technology integration in their respective fields.
CEO Lee Giwook presented on the topic of 'AI-based Wearable Robot Suit for Rehabilitation and Sports', showcasing examples of AI and mechanical engineering fusion technology applied in real rehabilitation settings. Following this, CEO Jumyeonggyu shared experiences and monetization strategies for building a smart city platform based on parking lots under the title 'AI, Changing Spaces and Making Money'. CEO Jo Jaeyu addressed 'AX Key Questions', discussing the core questions and practical issues companies should consider before applying AI technology from a non-developer perspective.
In the subsequent panel talk, moderated by Park Jinwoo, Chairman of the Young CEO Network (CEO of Dadaiks), the three speakers shared their experiences of failures, strategic choices, and concerns surrounding AI technology encountered during the startup process, forming a consensus with the audience.
Kim Daegwon, Chairman of the Gyeongnam branch of the Venture Business Association, said, "When the experiences of regional startups come together, it leads to national competitiveness," adding, "This talk show demonstrated the potential of a growing startup ecosystem."
