[Financial News] Where is the most expensive place for monthly rent in Seoul?
According to the real estate platform Dabang on the 29th, the average monthly rent for one-room apartments (with a deposit of 10 million won) with an exclusive area of 33㎡ or less traded in Seoul last month was 680,000 won, down 20,000 won (2.2%) from the previous month.
When setting the average price in Seoul at 100%, the district with the highest monthly rent was Seodaemun-gu (132%). The average monthly rent in this area was 900,000 won, which is 220,000 won (32.7%) higher than the previous month (680,000 won). This is due to the concentration of relatively expensive new one-room transactions last month.
Following were Gangnam-gu (128%), Seocho-gu (117%), Geumcheon-gu (113%), and Dongjak-gu (111%).
On the other hand, relatively lower places were Nowon-gu (60%), Dobong-gu (64%), Jongno-gu (78%), and Gangbuk-gu (80%).
Last month's one-room jeonse deposit increased by 3.52 million won (1.7%) compared to the previous month, totaling 212.54 million won.
Compared to the Seoul standard price (100%), the district with the highest deposit was Seocho-gu (122%). The average deposit in Seocho-gu was 47.21 million won more expensive than the Seoul average, totaling 259.75 million won, making it the highest in Seoul for four consecutive months.
Following were Gangnam-gu (119%), Yongsan-gu and Jung-gu (each 111%), Seongdong-gu (109%), and Gwangjin-gu (108%).
