[Financial News] Coway Life Solution announced on the 29th that it has signed a business agreement with Caring, a senior nursing care specialist company, to strengthen nursing care service benefits for subscribed customers.
Coway Life Solution is a subsidiary of Coway dedicated to the silver care business, providing a life care platform that offers customized care services and partnership benefits covering all aspects of the new senior generation's lifestyle.
Caring is the No. 1 senior nursing company in Korea, providing senior care services such as family care, home care, and day protection. It operates nationwide with 60 day protection centers and senior residential silver towns like Caring Stay.
This signing ceremony was held on the 28th at the headquarters of Coway Life Solution in Guro G-Tower, Seoul. Kim Myung-gon, CEO of Coway Life Solution, and Kim Tae-sung, CEO of Caring, along with other officials from both companies, attended to discuss mutual cooperation plans.
Through this agreement, Coway Life Solution will provide subscribed customers with professional senior nursing care service benefits through collaboration with Caring. Related benefits include △ professional long-term care consulting △ non-covered home care services and welfare product discounts △ a 1 million won partnership discount for the senior care silver town 'Caring Stay', and a dedicated hotline for convenient nursing service consultations will also be established.
The two companies plan to provide tailored care solutions to senior customers who need professional help such as long-term care, and enhance customer convenience and satisfaction through service linkage.
A representative from Coway Life Solution said, "Through cooperation with Caring, we have strengthened nursing care services for the senior generation and established a support system where customers can receive expert help whenever needed," and added, "We will continue to expand differentiated partnership services based on lifestyle."
