Zigbang announced on the 29th that it will launch a listing recommendation and consultation service tailored to the conditions of renters and buyers in collaboration with its partner brokers from Zigbang Real Estate Brokerage Partners. The service was launched to address the structural limitations of the apartment brokerage market, which had been stuck in a listing-centered structure where renters or buyers had to find brokers for each apartment complex in their area of interest.
The core of this service is that customers receive various proposals for homes that meet their conditions. The first target is newlyweds looking for apartment listings in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area. Consultation requests can be made through the 'Find Newlywed Home' banner on the Zigbang and Hogangnono apps.
Partner brokers consider various conditions such as the customer's budget, desired size, location conditions, and pets to propose recommended apartment complexes and listings within the area of interest. They then conduct step-by-step consultations throughout the entire process from listing visits to final decision-making. At the contract stage, they support consultation on special contract terms that require coordination with the landlord or seller, including contract drafting and review.
Customers can receive recommendations for listings suitable for their situation or conditions with a single request, reducing the time and effort spent on listing searches. It is also possible to compare listings from different apartment complexes, and it is advantageous to have convenient consultations at desired times through the mobile non-face-to-face consultation tool 'Broker Live'.
