[Financial News] CJ OnStyle announced on the 29th that the cumulative usage time of its mobile application (app) increased by 110% from the same period last year from January to April this year.
Mobile live commerce (live broadcast) shorts viewing also significantly increased the order conversion rate leading to purchases.
CJ OnStyle explained that the popularity of representative live broadcasts hosted by famous celebrities such as 'Han Ye-seul's What to Wear Today', 'Yoo In-na's Get It Beauty', and 'Ahn Jae-hyun's Indoor Break' was effective.
Additionally, CJ OnStyle analyzed that the complete overhaul of the app's home screen to focus on video content in April last year also had a positive impact.
The popularity of the CJ OnStyle app is also reflected in external indicators.
According to the data analysis platform 'Mobile Index', the CJ OnStyle app ranked 3rd among shopping apps in last month's 'Top 50 Monthly Rising Apps', following Naver Plus Store and Lotte Mart Zeta.
