[Financial News] The Sinbokwi Busan-Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters announced on the 28th that they supported essential goods worth 5 million KRW to financially vulnerable residents of Dong-gu, Busan, in cooperation with Dong-gu Office.
This support was made using the 'New Hope Healing Fund', a social contribution fund of the financial sector, in collaboration with Sinbokwi Busan-Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters and Dong-gu Office, providing fans to 70 financially vulnerable residents selected by Dong-gu, and plans to link debt counseling and welfare in the future.
Kim Jin-hong, Dong-gu Mayor, said, "I deeply appreciate the Sinbokwi Busan-Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters for providing essential goods to residents struggling with credit and debt issues, and I will put more effort into restoring livelihoods."
Lee Chang-in, Head of Sinbokwi Busan-Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters, said, "I am very pleased to share warm hearts with neighbors in need through this social contribution project," and added, "We will continue to carry out community-focused social contribution activities based on continuous interest in financially vulnerable groups through ongoing cooperation with Dong-gu."
