Shin Young-jae, Hongcheon County Governor, Inspects Safety Facilities and Water Play Safety Sites

【Financial News Hongcheon=Kim Ki-seop Reporter】Hongcheon County announced on the 29th that it has started inspections on water leisure business sites and water play safety management areas in Seomyeon, including popular tourist destinations such as Palbongsan Recreation Area and Magok Recreation Area, as the peak vacation season begins.
The water play safety management period runs from the 1st of next month to August 31st, but Hongcheon County has decided to flexibly extend the operation for four months from the 17th of last month to September 14th for three places, including Mogok Bambul Recreation Area, Palbongsan Tourist Area, and Doronggol, which attract many vacationers early.
Governor Shin Young-jae visited the water leisure business site, the target facility, on the 28th, and took measures to correct minor issues, and requested continuous management to prevent facility safety management through necessary repairs and reinforcements in the future.
A Hongcheon County official said, “We will continue to manage the water leisure facilities in the region to ensure the safe summer vacation of Hongcheon residents and tourists.”
