KORAIL to Increase Train Seats by 8,000 During June Golden Holiday

[Financial News] Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) announced on the 29th that it will expand train operations to meet the June early golden holiday.
KORAIL will add 6 KTX services and 10 regular train services from June 5 to June 8 for the Memorial Day holiday, increasing the available seats by 8,000. First, 6 additional services will be operated on the Gyeongbu and Honam lines on the afternoon of the 5th, and 10 additional regular train services will be operated on the Gyeongbu, Jeolla, and Donghae lines from the 6th to the 8th.
The timetable for the additional trains can be checked via the mobile app 'KORAIL Talk', the website, and at ticket counters nationwide.
A KORAIL representative stated, "We have increased the supply of seats to meet the demand during the holiday period," and added, "We will do our best to provide safe and comfortable train services."
