[Financial News]  Lee Su-jeong, known as a criminal psychologist and a member of the People Power Party in Gyeonggi Suwon Jeong District (Professor of Criminal Correctional Psychology at Kyonggi University), is under controversy for spreading fake news defaming Lee Jae-myung, the Democratic Party's presidential candidate.

On the 28th, through her Facebook, Lee posted a photo with the phrase "The whole family is male disabled" along with military service information about Lee Jae-myung, the Democratic Party's presidential candidate, and his two sons.

The post stated that the candidate and his two sons were "exempt from military service." The candidate was listed as "disease," the eldest son as "online gambling mental disorder (military service grade 5)," and the second son as "herniated disc disease" as reasons for exemption.

However, it turned out to be false. Both the candidate's eldest and second sons were discharged as Air Force sergeants.

The eldest son enlisted on August 19, 2013, served at the Air Force Education Command, and was discharged on August 18, 2015. The second son enlisted on January 19, 2015, served in the Air Force 3rd Brigade, and was discharged.

The only person who was exempt from military service, as pointed out by Lee, was the candidate. He suffered from post-fracture sequelae and was classified as a grade 5 wartime labor service (disease) in 1985. This was due to sequelae from an accident in his childhood when his arm was caught in a press while working in a factory.

Realizing this fact belatedly, Lee deleted the photo within 10 minutes, leaving a message saying, "I will repost after verification. Sorry."
