[Financial News]  A story has been shared by a new employee who is considering resigning due to the boss's skinship.

Recently, an online community posted an article titled 'Should I resign because my boss's skinship is uncomfortable?'.

Mr. A said, "I am trying hard to adapt to the company and social life, and soon it will be my second year. I feel I need to stay for at least three years for my experience to be recognized, so I am enduring, but the stress is significant," he began.

The source of stress is the boss's skinship. He said, "From before, the boss would grab my shoulders and touch me jokingly, and even when I said I was uncomfortable, it continued. Later, I deliberately fell when the boss grabbed my shoulders jokingly, and it stopped for a while but then started again," he lamented.

Recently, the intensity of the skinship has increased, saying, "He keeps grabbing my forearm to pull me and embraces my shoulders. When he grabs my arm, I pull away saying 'don't do it', and when he embraces my shoulders, I get so stressed that my face turns red, and I clench my fist tightly, so he lets go," he explained.

Mr. A particularly said, "I have repeatedly told him not to do it, and I have taken actions to reject the skinship. After that, he said he would be careful, but I am avoiding him," adding, "Even so, when we walk together, he insists on walking next to me, and when I try to avoid him or maintain distance, I end up being pushed into the road, and only then does he make room for me on the inside," he claimed.

He continued, "I hate the feeling of him touching me, so I don't create opportunities for him to come next to me, but now just being in the same space is difficult. There are many situations where I have to talk to him because he is my boss, but it's stressful," he lamented.

Eventually, Mr. A is considering resigning. He said, "The industry is small, and the boss has worked in this field for a long time and has a wide network, so I am worried I won't be able to change jobs," he said, distressed.

Mr. A also said, "Why can't he control and restrain his desires, making the person he has worked hard to teach want to run away? Is he such a pathetic person that he can't control those desires? Just working is tiring, but I want to die every time I come home," he confessed.

He continued, "I write in my diary every time there is skinship and leave the situation and location on a private blog. In fact, collecting evidence is difficult. It's not recorded," adding, "These days, young people find it hard to get jobs, so if I resign, will I be able to make money? If I resign and can't find a job, will I have to starve to death?" he despaired.

Netizens commented, "Written records are also evidence. Report it," "He is testing and probing to see how far you will allow him to go," and other comments were left.
