Born in 1985, Lee Gi-yong debuted in the entertainment industry by winning the grand prize at the 2002 SBS Supermodel Contest. She made a strong impression on the public through numerous commercials such as SK gas station and Samsung PAVV TV, and actively participated in films such as 'Shadowless Sword' and 'My Wife is a Gangster 3'.

However, after the drama 'Operation' in 2011, she virtually stopped her activities and disappeared from the entertainment industry. Regarding this, Lee Gi-yong recalled, "I debuted early as a supermodel in my teens, and as an immature person who was not prepared, I was suddenly pushed into society," and "Many things and emotions seemed to pass by.
