Shinhan Investment Corp. Extends and Enhances Digital Consultation Hours

Shinhan Investment Corp. announced on the 27th that it will enhance its digital consultation services to allow customers to receive professional investment advice.

Firstly, the consultation hours have been extended by 2 hours to 8 PM on weekdays, significantly improving customer accessibility. Additionally, in line with the launch of the alternative trading system (ATS) in March, a dedicated consultation team was established within the customer support center to provide more flexible and professional consultations.

The Shinhan Investment Corp. Digital PB Center launched a new 'Credit Loan Consultation Team' in March. The Credit Loan Consultation Team focuses not on simple loan operations but on providing sound investment guidance tailored to the customer's financial situation and investment objectives. Through personalized consultations by professional advisors, it helps customers make rational and responsible investment decisions.

The 'Chat Consultation Service' has also been enhanced. The newly opened chat consultation service on the 22nd features a customer-friendly UI/UX to improve usability and provides faster and more accurate information with the 'Consultation Advisor Support' function utilizing generative AI. Additionally, an account authentication system will be introduced to support personalized consultations. Shinhan Investment Corp. operates the 'Shinhan MyPB Members', a membership service for digital premium customers, to quench customers' thirst for investment information. 'Shinhan MyPB Members' are regularly invited to 'MySeminar', which is attended by more than 1,200 members each time, and can use digital asset management services such as 'MyHotline', a 1:1 professional consultation service, and 'MySchool', which provides information on product structures and mobile trading system (MTS) usage, for free.
