BTS RM Wins at American Music Awards

[Financial News] BTS RM has been honored with an award at the 'American Music Awards', one of the three major popular music awards in the United States.
According to the 'American Music Awards' website on the 26th (local time), RM was selected as the winner in the 'Favorite K-Pop Artist' category this year. With this, he has become the only K-pop artist to receive a trophy at the 'American Music Awards' both as a group and as a solo singer.
The group BTS, to which he belongs, swept the 'Artist of the Year', the grand prize of this award ceremony, as well as 'Favorite Pop Duo/Group' and 'Favorite Pop Song' in 2021. In 2022, they were selected as 'Favorite Pop Duo or Group' and 'Favorite K-Pop Artist', becoming double winners.
RM received acclaim from the public and critics alike for his solo second album 'Right Place, Wrong Person', released in May last year. In particular, he was recognized for his artistry and originality through the album's title track 'LOST!'.
