[Financial News] "Experience the 'One-Day Class' of Daekyung Brewing Traditional Liquor and challenge yourself to start a 'Makgeolli and Fruit Wine Manufacturing' business."

Daekyung University (President Lee Chaeyoung), which leads industry-academia integrated university education, announced that the Daekyung Brewing Traditional Liquor Experience Program 'One-Day Class' has started recruiting students from the 27th.
This one-day class is richly composed of various programs from experiencing traditional liquor making to creating your own cocktail.
The experience class, which consists of a total of 4 hours, is conducted with theoretical education to understand the history, types, and manufacturing process of traditional liquor, along with activities such as brewery tours, brewing, and tasting.

The 1-hour advanced course, consisting of a traditional liquor sommelier experience, is gaining popularity as it allows participants to create their own cocktails. The class is operated as a small class with a maximum capacity of 10 people.
The experience cost is set between 29,000 KRW and 39,000 KRW depending on the course. The class is conducted intensively for 4 hours.
Professor Lee Myungsun of the World Liquor Brewing Department explained, "The biggest advantage is that you can learn the secret of makgeolli making in a short time," and "it is a practical class that enhances understanding of makgeolli and allows you to make it at home."
Daekyung Brewing conducts startup education for traditional fermented liquor, makgeolli, and fruit wine manufacturing targeting industry workers and prospective entrepreneurs in the traditional liquor field.
The education selects up to 20 people on a first-come, first-served basis and is conducted over a total of 28 sessions, 168 hours.
The education content is practically centered on the characteristics and manufacturing methods of liquor raw materials, product development and quality control, marketing, research and development, hygiene and safety, sensory evaluation, and related laws and systems, allowing participants to acquire the skills necessary for entrepreneurship.
This startup education course can receive 70% of the education cost subsidized by the government. The remaining 30%, including practice fees, textbook fees, and experiment fees, is borne by the students. Applications can be made on the Daekyung University website.
