[Financial News] ECS Telecom announced on the 27th that it is strengthening its cooperation with global AI contact center platform company Bright Pattern and Naver Cloud to expand the next-generation AI Contact Center (AICC) market.
ECS Telecom held an event on the 27th at the Westin Chosun Seoul in Sogong-dong under the theme of 'The Brightest Choice for Contact Centers' targeting financial and enterprise companies. At this event, they shared specific strategies and solutions needed for the introduction of AI-based intelligent contact centers and cloud transition.
The three companies plan to enhance their cooperation to improve practical transition strategies and corporate competitiveness centered on customer experience, beyond simple technology integration, in the domestic contact center market where on-premise and cloud-based systems coexist.

Naver Cloud introduced how AI is changing the response methods and operational structures of customer centers through actual cloud transition cases of financial industry customers at the event that day. They presented a cloud strategy to overcome the limitations of existing on-premise contact centers and respond agilely to rapidly changing customer needs and market environments.
