Jugeumgong, June Bogeumjari Loan Interest Rate Freeze

[Financial News] Korea Housing Finance Corporation announced on the 27th that the interest rate for 'Bogeumjari Loan', a long-term, fixed-rate, amortizing mortgage, will be frozen in June.
Accordingly, an annual rate of 3.65 (10 years) ~ 3.95% (50 years) will be applied based on the 'Akkime-Bogeumjari Loan'.
Low-income youth, newlyweds, socially disadvantaged groups (such as disabled people, single-parent families) and victims of jeonse fraud will receive an additional preferential rate (up to 1.0 percentage points), resulting in the lowest annual rate of 2.65 (10 years) ~ 2.95% (50 years).
