[Financial News] Cools Group has donated a development fund of 30 million won to Korea Maritime and Ocean University to foster outstanding talents.
Korea Maritime and Ocean University announced on the 27th that it held a 'Cools Group University Development Fund Delivery Ceremony' at the university headquarters on the 26th.
Cools is a global logistics company leading the digital transformation of industrial sites in the fields of smart logistics, smart factory, and information and communication technology (ICT) solutions.
As a core company in the Busan Port hinterland industry, it provides a wide range of services based on its capabilities in building on-site integrated systems, including customer-tailored web solutions, UI/UX design, smart logistics implementation, smart factory construction, and consulting. Recognized for these innovative capabilities, it was selected as the 'Busan Port Smart Joint Logistics Center Operator'.
Cools Group Chairman Kim Hyo-yeol said, "With this donation of the development fund to Korea Maritime and Ocean University, we expect the two institutions to establish a sustainable cooperation system and lead technological innovation in the Korean maritime and port industry on the global stage based on advanced logistics systems and platforms."
