KOTRA Discusses Cooperation with Ukrainian IT Delegation in AI and SW Fields

[Financial News] KOTRA announced that on the 27th, it met with the Ukrainian IT delegation visiting Korea to discuss cooperation measures between companies in both countries in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI) and software (SW).
The delegation, consisting of representatives from 5 out of the top 40 IT companies in Ukraine and the largest IT association in Ukraine, visited KOTRA headquarters and the Korea Software Industry Association during their visit from the 26th to the 30th.
The delegation visited KOTRA headquarters on this day to share project experiences in building IT ecosystems, implementing innovation, digital transformation, and cybersecurity, and agreed to establish a long-term cooperation foundation in the IT field between the two countries.
They also visited the Korea Software Industry Association to discuss strategic cooperation measures between the representative IT associations of both countries and had networking opportunities between companies. Ukrainian IT companies met with domestic companies specializing in AI, cloud, and other fields to discuss ways to strengthen partnerships.
Kim Myeong-hee, Vice President and Head of the Innovation Growth Division at KOTRA, explained, "KOTRA continues to operate the Kyiv Trade Office despite the difficult local situation, supporting the expansion of exchanges between companies in both countries. We hope that the visit of this delegation will expand cooperation in the AI and SW fields and that many companies will successfully pursue collaborative projects."
