[Financial News] A vehicle was spotted driving on a road in Daejeon with a fuel nozzle attached.
On the 26th, a video of a vehicle driving on the road with a fuel nozzle attached was uploaded to an online community and social networking service (SNS).
The video shows a vehicle driving on a road in Daejeon with a fuel nozzle attached, and a motorcycle driver who noticed this honked at the vehicle, drove alongside it, and gestured to the vehicle driver.
The vehicle driver, who noticed this, pulled over briefly, got out of the vehicle, and realized that they had been driving with the fuel nozzle attached.
The vehicle driver then said "What's going on" and quickly removed the fuel nozzle.
Netizens who saw the video reacted with comments like "What did the gas station manager do wrong?", "Don't they look at the side mirror while driving?", "It's chilling to think they kept driving without knowing", "I've been driving for decades and it's the first time I've seen something like this".
Meanwhile, this is not the first time a vehicle has been spotted driving with a fuel nozzle attached.
In March, a report was received in Incheon about a vehicle driving with a fuel nozzle attached, causing the police to be dispatched.
According to the police, the driver of the vehicle, a woman in her 50s, had filled up at a nearby gas station and accidentally drove 20-30 meters without removing the fuel nozzle.
A police official stated, "We responded to the scene, but since the driver and the gas station agreed to handle it through insurance, the case was closed on the spot," adding that "there were no injuries or significant property damage."
