Alsquare Design Completes 'J.Lindeberg Cheongdam' Remodeling

[Financial News] Alsquare Design, a company specializing in architecture and comprehensive interior design, announced on the 27th that it has completed the major renovation and reconstruction of the J.Lindeberg Cheongdam flagship store.
Located in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, this project was ordered by Shinsegae International, designed by Si-an Architects, and constructed by Alsquare Design.
The 'Clubhouse Seoul', J.Lindeberg's flagship store in Cheongdam-dong, has a site area of 423.60㎡ and a total floor area of 999.88㎡. Major renovations such as dismantling and expanding columns and beams, changing the exterior wall finish, and extending the height from 19.35m to 24.7m were carried out.
Alsquare Design overcame the limitations of the existing building through a comprehensive structural overhaul and spatial reorganization, implementing the brand philosophy in a three-dimensional manner. They meticulously reviewed the reinforcement of the structure from the foundation, secured seismic performance, and introduced bold construction methods including vertical expansion to ensure spatial expansibility and stability.
Alsquare Design stated, "Through this project, we have proven our construction capabilities in complex remodeling, and we will establish ourselves as a specialized partner in the luxury retail and cultural facility sectors," adding, "We aim to grow as a company providing total remodeling solutions, including various client remodeling projects and pre-construction consulting support."
Meanwhile, based on the satisfaction and trust of Shinsegae International, Alsquare Design has signed a contract for the major renovation remodeling project of the Brunello Cucinelli Cheongdam Store, an additional related project, and has been carrying out the construction since last March.
