The city has previously disclosed Incheon-centered real estate market trends based on real estate statistics announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport through its website and press releases.
This time, in line with the era of generative AI utilization, it has made it possible for any citizen to easily check real estate information in real-time customized conversation format through the ChatGPT app, a nationwide first.
The service can be used by searching for 'Incheon Real Estate Market Trends' in the 'GPT Exploration' menu of the ChatGPT app. Various real estate statistics such as housing sales and rent price fluctuations, housing and land transaction volumes, land price fluctuation rates, and average housing prices can be easily understood in a customized conversation format.
