[Financial News] GS Retail, which operates the convenience store GS25, announced on the 27th that it will launch the color cosmetics brand 'Son & Park HATTY' in collaboration with the color specialist brand 'Son & Park' on the 29th.
HATTY is a compound word of 'HANDY', meaning useful and convenient, and 'BEAUTY', meaning beauty, and is GS25's exclusive color line with reasonable price and practicality.
The products to be launched this time are five types of lip and cheek products and two types of eyebrow products, all priced at 3000 won.
GS25 has been actively launching '3000-won cosmetics' with high cost-effectiveness (quality compared to price) since December last year.
The year-on-year sales growth rate of the cosmetics category shows a steep growth every year, with 22.4% in 2022, 37.9% in 2023, and 45.6% in 2024.
