[Financial News]  Lee Jun-seok, the presidential candidate of the Reform Party, encouraged early voting by saying, "Let's elect Lee Jun-seok and clean up outdated politicians like Kim Jae-won once and for all."

On the 27th, candidate Lee stated through his Facebook, "The younger generation should show voting for the future, not such low-level tricks, starting with early voting," conveying this message.

Candidate Lee said, "If the People Power Party had sincerely apologized to the public for the mistakes made to Lee Jun-seok and tried to correct them, while discussing a break with former President Yoon Seok-yeol, I might not have thought about unification at all, but public opinion might have recognized 'at least they are trying that hard.'"

He pointed out, "(The People Power Party) did not do so at all and let time pass," adding, "Regarding the martial law, an ambiguous stance was maintained, and former President Yoon was asked to leave the party politely rather than being expelled, creating an appearance of voluntary departure."

He continued, "For months, they have been consistent with secondary harm to Lee Jun-seok," and criticized, "Now, to make more mistakes, people like Kim Jae-won, who come up with bad schemes, will try to use clichés like 'If you vote for Lee Jun-seok, it becomes Lee Jae-myung.'"

Candidate Lee argued, "This is because people like Kim Jae-won are thinking about the party power struggle centered on candidate Kim Moon-soo in that party to somehow aim for the Daegu mayor position, which was his dream, in next year's local elections."

He added, "Thinking about elections based on such selfish desires leads to incomprehensible actions by candidate Kim Moon-soo's camp," and directly criticized, "'If you vote for Kim Moon-soo, it becomes Kim Jae-won as Daegu mayor' is probably what they really want to say."

He then encouraged early voting by saying, "Let's make outdated politicians like Kim Jae-won step down completely."

Previously, Kim Jae-won, chief secretary of the Kim Moon-soo camp, appeared on MBC Radio's 'Kim Jong-bae's Focus' the day before and said, "Candidate Lee Jun-seok cannot win the presidential election with 10% support," and "Candidate Lee Jun-seok will continue to be a political leader in the conservative camp, but will he bear the responsibility for the division of the conservatives? He should judge what is the wisest way for the future."

Chief Secretary Kim emphasized, "Former Daegu Mayor Hong Joon-pyo said, 'Voting for candidate Lee Jun-seok is not a wasted vote but an investment in the future,' and this implies that it does not help in the presidential election immediately," adding, "It seems that former Mayor Hong Joon-pyo is fully aware of the point that 'if you vote for candidate Lee Jun-seok, it becomes Lee Jae-myung' and 'it becomes a wasted vote.'"
