According to the financial investment industry on the 27th, as inquiries from numerous companies facing ERP gaps flood in, NewGenSolution has launched the 'WIN-Back TFT dedicated team' and has begun a full-scale customer conversion strategy. The WIN-Back TFT, which has been operational since last February, targets both preventing customer attrition and attracting customers from other companies. This dedicated team is also a strategic organization directly under the CEO, reorganizing the entire sales structure and designing customized response strategies, executing a precise comeback scenario to lead the ERP market.
NewGenSolution is deploying its main products, the Korean standard integrated ERP 'K-ERP' and the production-oriented premium ERP 'Y-ERP'. The 'NewGen ERP', which combines fast implementation speed, price competitiveness, and advanced customized responsiveness, is emerging as a de facto alternative to discontinued ERPs from other companies, according to the company.
