[Financial News] On the 27th, a week before the June 3rd presidential election, the Democratic Party of Korea switched its campaign system to 'hand-to-hand combat' and launched a final all-out effort.
Yoon Ho-jung, the head of the General Election Committee, said at the General Headquarters Meeting held at the Central Party Headquarters in Yeouido on this day, "Now is the time for on-site all-out hand-to-hand combat," and urged, "Please earnestly persuade each and every citizen."
Yoon mentioned the overseas voting turnout that closed the previous day, saying, "A provisional tally of 79.5% is the highest since the introduction of overseas voting," and added, "The anger of 200,000 overseas citizens who crossed mountains and rivers to find polling stations has exploded. We will definitely connect this momentum to early voting."
Yoon continued, "The forces that caused the December 3rd martial law and insurrection are still playing president without reflection," and emphasized, "We cannot entrust the country again to such potential insurrection forces. We will fight with the determination to live or die with the people."
Yoon criticized, "According to the National Statistical Office, construction investment has decreased the most since the IMF, and the number of coffee shops has decreased for the first time in history," adding, "The economy is already in a code blue situation. It is a national crisis more serious than the IMF or COVID-19. The innocent people are bearing the aftermath of the far-right alliance led by Yoon Seok-yeol and Kim Moon-soo."
Regarding candidate Kim, Yoon harshly criticized, "Every time he opens his mouth, it's black propaganda, and every time he opens his eyes, it's false agitation," adding, "He is a person who has lived as a fascist for the latter 30 years of his life."
Yoon directly criticized, "He respects Goebbels and considers morality as an ornament," adding, "A person who considers the constitution as a cumbersome thing in front of power should not become president."
Additionally, Yoon added, "We are now in the phase of hand-to-hand combat," and urged, "We must persuade the people on the ground more humbly and earnestly. The one person you persuade will become the cornerstone of building the real Republic of Korea."
