[Financial News] Shinhan Investment Corp announced on the 27th that it will enhance its digital consulting services to allow customers to receive professional investment advice.
First, the consulting operation hours have been extended by 2 hours to 8 PM on weekdays, significantly improving customer accessibility. Additionally, in line with the launch of the Alternative Trading System (ATS) last March, a dedicated consulting team was established within the customer support center to provide more flexible and professional consultations.
Previously, Shinhan Investment Corp's Digital PB Center launched a new 'Credit Loan Consulting Team' in March this year. The Credit Loan Consulting Team focuses on providing sound investment guidance tailored to the customer's financial situation and investment objectives, rather than just simple loan services. Through personalized consultations by professional consulting staff, it helps customers make rational and responsible investment decisions.
The 'Chat Consulting Service' has also been enhanced. The newly opened chat consulting service on the 22nd improved usability with a customer-friendly UI/UX and provides faster and more accurate information with the 'Consulting Advisor Support' feature utilizing generative artificial intelligence (AI). Additionally, an account authentication system will be introduced to support personalized consultations.
Shinhan Investment Corp operates the 'Shinhan MyPB Members' membership service for digital premium customers to quench their thirst for investment information. 'Shinhan MyPB Members' are regularly invited to 'My Seminar', which is attended by more than 1,200 members each time, and can freely use digital asset management services such as 'My Hotline', a 1:1 professional consulting service, and 'My School', which teaches product structure and mobile trading system (MTS) usage.
