Kim Moon-soo "Establish Emergency Economic War Room... Discuss 30 Trillion Livelihood Supplementary Budget"

[Financial News] Kim Moon-soo, the presidential candidate of the People Power Party, said on the 27th, "I will establish an emergency economic war room." 
Candidate Kim said at a press conference held at the central party headquarters in Yeouido on this day, "The economy is so difficult that we cannot wait until a minister is appointed," he said.
Candidate Kim explained, "I will promptly operate the economic team centered on the presidential office and ensure that business people and small business owners participate," and "especially prioritize livelihood and trade issues to ensure that related organizations are immediately operational."
In addition, Candidate Kim said, "To revive the real economy, I will hold a joint meeting of the floor leaders of the ruling and opposition parties on the day of inauguration to begin discussions on a 30 trillion won supplementary budget for livelihoods," and "I will swiftly respond to international economic issues that greatly affect our national interest through bipartisan consultations." 
Under the presidential office, a national preparation team will be established to focus on fulfilling pledges, while a national cabinet recommendation committee will also be formed. Candidate Kim emphasized, "The cabinet should work and serve for the people, not the president," and "through the national cabinet recommendation committee, we will form the cabinet with the hands of the people, and exclude personnel who do not meet the public's expectations to operate the cabinet fairly and transparently."
Regarding the United States, Candidate Kim promised, "I will immediately resolve trade issues," and "I will call President Trump immediately upon inauguration and pursue a visit to the United States within a month." 
Candidate Kim added, "To operate a transparent and fair presidential secretariat, we will thoroughly exclude personnel who do not meet the public's expectations."
Regarding Candidate Kim's promise on this day, Hee-sook Yoon, head of the policy development team of the People Power Party, said, "Through the establishment of an emergency economic war room, we have clearly signaled to the people our intention to fix fundamental economic problems," and "we will form a cabinet that earns the trust of the people through transparent appointments."
