[Financial News] Lee Jae-myung, the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party of Korea, is scheduled to conduct early voting in Seoul on the 29th.
Cho Seung-rae, the chief spokesperson of the Democratic Party's Central Election Committee, announced this to reporters at the party headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul on the 27th.
Regarding the target for early voting, Chief Spokesperson Cho stated, "We do not have a specific target, but key members will also participate in early voting to encourage it," adding, "There are various campaigns nationwide, not just early voting, and we will strive to spread exemplary cases nationwide."
He showed a cautious response regarding the remaining campaign schedule for the presidential election. Chief Spokesperson Cho said, "Naturally, we will prioritize visiting areas that have not been visited since the official campaign began," adding, "Usually, you can get a rough idea of where the battlegrounds are by looking at where the final campaign is held. It's difficult to say at this stage where the final campaign will be, and we will make a decision based on the early voting trends."
